This rifle is not a Dragunov SVD. It is an Iraqi Al Kadesiah in 7.62x54R and is a hybrid of sorts between the Romanian PSL and SVD.

Iraq has its own weapon manufacturing industry and produces interesting arms, some based on Yugoslavian designs.

According to an article by David Fortier, none of these parts interchange with the Russian SVD, not even the magazines.

The following pictures are provided by "krinkfreak" and are what happens when you fire a real bullet through a Drill Purpose rifle. The rifle has a disk in the buttstock which reads, in Arabic, "training purposes only". The rifle also has a hole drilled through the barrel which was concealed under the handguards.
