Russian 1PN58 Night Vision Scope

	These photos were emailed with this description: "A few years back I was in Riga, Latvia and stumbled, just by chance, into a shop selling all sort of knick knacks. There on one table was this charger and a few extra batteries next to it. I bought the whole lot and it cost me something like $25.00 at the time. But this indeed is a charger that not too many people are aware of but does exist. It was even designed to run on 110 volts AC. There was no box or documentation available with it."
